An easy trip from the South Lytchett Manor site to Lytton Lawn.
This site has good facilities and hardstanding.
The bus from outside the gate will take you to Lymington (Sat. Market) or further afield to Christchurch and Southampton.
Walk down to Keyhaven, to the salt marshes.
Shops, restaurants, pubs etc. are available in Milford.
Fees £17.25 per night incl. elec. Cheque and S.A.E to the marshals

This charming campsite is ideally situated for visiting the many attractions of the South Cambridgeshire area.
You are within strolling distance of a lovely pub, and the riverside walk takes you to St. Neots, which has a number of various shops and eating places. Buses –half a mile from the site take you to Milton Keynes, Bedford and Cambridge

Thursday Evening
The anniversary rally will start with a welcome party and a rally forum which will give you a chance to hear more about forthcoming rallies.
There will be a boat cruise on the River Avon starting at 12 noon – 1pm followed by lunch in the Bear Hotel.
This is an optional extra at a cost of £15.35 per head. Please tick booking form if required.
Evening Dinner and Dance starting with a Pimms reception. There is no bar so please bring your own drinks.

There will be a coffee morning and “Sheila’s Grand Raffle” followed by our AGM meeting.

Yew Tree Farm site is on the edge of the Wyre Forest.
We will be on the rally field, parts of which are sloping so levelling blocks will be required.
Basic toilet and shower facilities.
There is a pub, shop and bus stop adjacent to the site.
Bewdley is the nearest town.

 Camping Am Rhein

Sunday 28th May to Wed. 31st May

The campsite is right next to the Rhine, giving you a fantastic insight into one of the major river highways through Germany, and it is in walking distance of Rudesheim. The old centre is full of quaint streets, shops and places to eatthe most famous being Drosselgasse Lane, where you can shake hands across the street.
We will have an unforgettable trip from Rudesheim by cable car up to and around the Niederwald Monument area and over the vineyards, and then a walk to take in the scenery before going back down by chair lift to Asshmanshausen and returning to the campsite by boat.
The site has a heated pool and is a well organised, very busy, clean and pleasant family run site. There is a bus stop 500 metres from the site.
Come and join us on the first part of our journey.

This is our temporary home for our visit to Frankia. At the time of writing final details have yet to be
agreed by our host Fabrice Seignol, the UK Sales Manager.
Our lovely campsite, in the Fichtel hills, has good facilities, 16 amp elec. and Wifi.
It is a good centre for walking in the pine forest surrounding the lake. There is also a nearby bus stop.
This is an ACSI site, page 347 no. 850 in the 2016 ACSI book.
Our next site is approx. 90 miles away.

This site is a well kept site in the grounds of a sports stadium.
It has 16 amp elec. bar snacks and a supermarket nearby.
There is a bus service to the quaint town with attractive shops.
It is also convenient for the Danube.

Camping Ried

St. Wolfgang-im Salzkammergut is a charming market town in central Austria,
situated on the banks of the Wolfgangsee with its famous Pilgrimage Church.
It is an easy walk into town - about 10 mins.
Camping Ried is a friendly and very clean site with excellent sanitary facilities,
launderette, shop, restaurant, snack bar, lake view, swimming, TV room, free WiFi.
The Ferry is next to the site.
Behind the lake is the Schafberg, where an olde worlde cog- mountain railway takes you to the top. If you decide to venture to the top, the steam locomotive may be in service during our stay. Another attraction is the White Horse Inn, made famous in the operetta The Student Prince.
You can take the ferry to Strobl and a bus to Salzburg or take the scenic train ride to the top of the mountain above St Wolfgang.
Will the hills be alive with the sound of music?
Our next site is 80 miles.

Woferlgut is a little world of its own. With so many activities at your fingertips such as heated pool, sauna, steam room, fitness room, archery, tennis court, swimming lake, lounge with library, supermarket, restaurant and bar, guided walks and crazy golf.
Voted one of the best campsites in Europe the sportcamp is situated in the beautiful village of Bruck an der Grossglocknerstrasse. You can reach the centre on foot in 5 mins. The wild life park Ferleiten is in the next village (Fusch-Ferleiten). Zell am See is 2miles. Bus and trains 500yds go to Salzburg. The spectacular Grossglockner Mountain Toll Road starts close by and is not to be missed.
Thanks to its exceptional location in the middle of a glorious landscape you will find everything you need for a carefree holiday.
Last location is Innsbruck approx. 90 miles.

Another one of the best sites in Europe. A stunning setting around Lake Natterer See against a backdrop of mountains. Lively and well organised site. Free shuttlebus from the site to the nearby city of Innsbruck. Relax in and around the site’s bathing lake which has canoes and pedalos for hire.
There are excellent modern sanitary facilities, shop, restaurant, bar, tennis court, TV room Watersports, Swimming Pool and WiFi, 16 amp elec. water and drainage.
Our final rally will be completed with an evening meal.


Please book all six venues with one slip.
Please state if you are booking all or part of the venues.
A deposit of £60.00 will be required (Not post dated please) Non Returnable unless a replacement is found to cover.
Bookings made payable to the Pilote Owners Association - please write this in full.
The final balance of £729.00 will be due by 16th April (6 weeks before the rally commences).
The total cost of £789.00 has been calculated at £1.10 exchange rate!
If you wish to take part in the German section only, the total price will be £302.00 Austrian section only, the total price will be £487.00

A welcome return to Barnstaple, one of our most popular rally sites.
Situated at the head of the Taw estuary Barnstaple makes an excellent North Devon base being well connected to the resorts of Bideford Bay, Westward Ho, Ilfracombe (Damien Hirst statue of Verity). Woolacombe (3 miles of golden sand and surf) and Exmoor (stunning scenery).
The town’s centuries old role as a market place is perpetuated in the daily bustle around the timber framed Pannier Market off the High Street, alongside which runs Butchers Row, its 33 archways now converted to a variety of uses
Five minutes walk to town where there are buses to Ilfracombe, Bideford and Westward Ho.
Showers, water and emptying point (no electric)
Clubhouse for our use in the evening.
Dogs welcome.
Adjacent to the Tarka Trail for cycling and walking.

Western Motorhome Show

Howdy Partner! This excellent show is situated in the beautiful Malvern Hills just down the hill from the town of Malvern itself. This popular show has lots of new and second-hand motorhomes to investigate and plenty of clothing and accessory stalls to keep your wallet/purse ticking over nicely.
Once again the show will have a Country & Western theme that is reflected in the trader’s offerings, static displays and Wild West Shoot-out area. The evening shows also have a country & western theme.
The Thursday, Friday and Sunday shows are included in the rally fee but the Saturday show costs an extra £12.00 per person.

Rivendale Caravan Park

This attractive, well-run site nestles in an old quarry in the Peak District National Park. It gains shelter from the quarry walls whilst enjoying the sun from its southerly aspect. Only a stone's throw from the Tissington Trail, you'll have plenty of opportunities for walking and cycling. A regular bus service between Buxton and Ashbourne stops outside the site. The bar/restaurant opens at weekends and the café opens 9-5 every day, serving lunches, teas, etc. The on-site shop, open every day, stocks all the basic essentials.
Places to visit by bus include Buxton (Opera House, park), Longnor (“Peak Practice” village), Hartington (famous cheese shop, cafés) and Ashbourne Haddon Hall, Chatsworth and Bakewell are a drive away. We hope to arrange an outing or two, an evening meal, a coffee morning and hopefully more!

Woodthorpe Caravan and Leisure Park

This family run, well established, 5 star Leisure Park is set alongside 43 acres of woodland in the heart of the Lincolnshire countryside, on the edge of the Lincolnshire wolds and a stones throw away from the Lincolnshire Coast.
It boasts various options to suit every visitor, with a golf course and a popular restaurant, Woodys, where on Saturday evening we will enjoy a Christmas meal together. Menu and cost to be advised later via the website and the newsletter.
From the minute you drive onto the park, past the two beautiful, well stocked, fishing lakes you will be enveloped into the lush green surroundings giving you the instant feeling of tranquility and relaxation. If you fancy a spot of fishing don’t forget to bring your rods.
With relaxation in mind why not enjoy the fresh air of the countryside and practice your swing around the 18 hole, mature golf course, challenging enough to make for an exciting round of golf.
Within walking distance is a large garden centre where you can do your Christmas shopping and stop off in their popular restaurant for coffee and cake or something more substantial.
During the weekend there will be a murder mystery, ‘Murder at the Manor’ where the cast will be YOU!

Bookings should be made in writing including, where appropriate, the Rally Fee and S.A.E.  Unless stated otherwise, Rally cheques should be made payable to Pilote Owners Association (Please write in full). If you book more than six months in advance please date your cheque accordingly. (NB: if you have to make a cancellation, fees will only be refunded if this does not incur a loss to the Association

Guests are welcome to attend where invited as per the Diary of Events.

For Guests attending Guest rallies, there is an additional rally charge of

 £2.00 per adult per rally staying in a members unit

 £1.00 extra per night for guests with their own unit.                         

Please Note Rallies covered by the Exemption Certificate (DEFRA) are for Fully Paid up Members only.

If you have special needs, questions regarding pets, wish to erect PUP tents or have any other queries please contact the appropriate Rally / Organizer.

Where numbers are limited, bookings are taken on a ‘first come, first served’ basis or as per booking instructions. Please book as early as possible particularly where there is a closing date for bookings.

Rally Organizers/Marshals may be able to take late bookings if contacted directly.

The Pilote Owners Association shall not be liable for loss or damage to any property, however caused, nor shall the Association be liable for any death or injury attending Rallies.
